I manage a property with more than 350 units; I use Preempt at work, & unfortunately, I recently needed them at my home too. I've met the owner, as well as two of his employees. What I LOVE about this company (besides the fact that they're not "too big" for their customers) is that they're in it for more than just the invoice. These people genuinely care about their reputation & integrity, their success with your situation, their relationship with their clients, and most importantly, their client's satisfaction. What's more is that they don't just "spray & go away". They ALWAYS explain what needs to be done & why, what kind of prep needs to be done ahead of time, & what follow up (if any) is needed. If you do your part, they most definitely care about doing theirs. Hopefully, I won't need a pest control company for my personal use again, but I'll take Preempt to any home or business I have... So I live in a very horrible apartment complex that is always having problems, but today they sent over Daniel to come help with a little bug problem and he was just the best. Definitely reassured me about the bug situation and made sure my place will receive a follow up as well. He heard all my frustrations and made sure I was pleased with the service and even offered to take out my trash since he noticed I was ready to take it out and he was leaving towards the trash anyway. Really helpful and just great customer service.

Preempt Pest Control provided monthly pest control services. Per my request, they would call in advance to confirm the specific date of service. I utilized them for 3 years until I sold my house. I wanted to write a review so that others would know Preempt was reliable and worth considering.

They would show up during their scheduled window. Service was fast and efficient. The technician was always friendly and professional. Importantly, I did not have pests after I began the service.

They spray for pests once a month.

We've been using them for years. Nice group of young men that are knowledgeable and friendly. There's no contract and if we have a problem outside of our normal monthly schedule they will come back without question. They have a woman who calls to schedule and we're given a window of time that a tech will arrive. We've had a couple of occasions where they didn't show up during the window of time we were given but we've resolved that. Overall we like the service we've gotten and the price is extremely reasonable.
